It is always our intention to have all guests thoroughly enjoy their retreat or journey with us, however, there are some things we cannot anticipate, prevent and are not responsible for. Please make sure read and understand all of the Retreat & Journey Terms & Conditions as well as the Cancellation policy specific to your Retreat or Journey.
All Guests assume total and complete responsibility for, and hereby release Systems for Success Trust t/as Life Changes Retreats and Journeys, Joslyn and/or Stephen Gardiner, their employees or anyone involved in supplying any services of all liability during the length of the proposed travel
Systems for Success Trust t/as Life Changes Retreats and Journeys, Joslyn and/or Stephen Gardiner, shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at the accommodation, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems during a retreat and while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour, unless such injuries, losses or damages are due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of Life Change Retreats and Journey’s.
The activities, which may include yoga, walking and other types of exercise, meditation, hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming therapy within our workshops and retreats, may involve a risk to guests.
Risk is increased if a guest is suffering from a pre-existing psychological condition such as stress, anxiety, PTSD, depression or has a pre-existing physical injury. There is a possibility of aggravating such pre-existing conditions. If you have a pre-existing condition, it is highly recommended you contact your medical advisor prior to booking.
All guests, who participate in Life Change Retreats and Journeys does so at their own risk and it is the responsibility of every guest to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks. This Is Compulsory.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Life Change Retreats and Transformational Journeys
Life Change Retreats and Journeys will do its utmost to never cancel or reschedule a retreat or travel Journey. However, if for some unforeseen reason, Life Change Retreats or Transformational Journeys was to ever cancel a trip, guests are welcome to move dates or their payment would be refunded in full.
Cancellations by Guest
Some of our Retreats and Journeys have additional specifics regarding terms & conditions and cancellation, depending on the trip and destination. Please check any additional terms & conditions and cancellation policies specific to your Retreat or Journey at the bottom of the registration and payment pages for details. You must ‘tick’ you have read and understood these to register.
Payment of your deposit confirms your agreement to the cancellation policy specific to your trip.
Deposit required at the time of booking is in the currency the retreat is priced in, the remainder is to be paid one month (30 days) prior to arrival at the retreat unless otherwise stated. You may also choose a payment plan. Once your place has been confirmed you will be forwarded an email with payment options.
If travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued by Systems for Success Trust t/as Life Changes Retreats and Journeys, Joslyn and/or Stephen Gardiner, except as stated herein.
Systems for Success Trust t/as Life Changes Retreats and Journeys, Joslyn and/or Stephen Gardiner are not responsible for expenses incurred by a guest in preparation for any trips cancelled. This includes, but is not restricted to: airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
Guests travelling abroad must ensure they have a valid Passport expiring more than six month following the departure date and at least one blank page. Most countries enforce this rule rigidly and may not allow you into the country if your passport is not in order.
